We are attempting to begin live streaming our services. We currently record using Avermedia 3d and getting the audio from our mixer. I downloaded obs and attempted to connect using the avermedia, however, I just have a black screen that shows no signal from Avermedia. We are using a pc. Any help would be appreciated. And please be specific as I am not a computer genius.
