Question / Help Using OBS To Stream MpegTS To Hardware Decoder

I'm looking for a software to stream MpegTS and/or RTP/RTMP to a hardware decoder that has a public IP address.

The closest I found id OBS, I know there's different product on the Market like Wirecast and Wowza but I like the open source approach.

Is it possible to take a feed through a capture card like a BlackMagic UltraStudio and send that stream to a hardware decoder like a Teradek Cube decoder?

The decoder has a public IP address and port

Usually when I send a stream to that decoder it's always the same setup

Example;
Destination IP address for the decoder = 123.123.123.123
port : 554

All I see on OBS are online platforms like FB Live, Twitch etc..

Any other option to send a direct feed or OBS is only for platforms?

I tried that basically it goes like this 123.123.123.123:1234

I get;
Invalid Path or Connection URL. Please check your settings to confirm that they are valid.

I know that path is valid since that's what I use to stream directly to that decoder.

I think the Cube can produce an RTMP stream. I don't know that it accepts one. An RTMP stream usually needs to go to a URL that includes a stream name after the address and port, since RTMP servers can serve more than one stream at a time.

From the product description, the Cube is designed to accept SDI or HDMI input and produce a stream from its network interface. Does it accept RTMP/RTSP streams over the network? If so, have you successfully done this with other software, like XSplit or Wirecast?
