Question / Help Using OBS to stream a web page and pull feed in RTSP

Hi,

I´m looking for a solution where I´m able to send a stream with a web page content and then pulling that feed via RTSP to ingest it in another switching software.

Can OBS be used as a RTSP server? If not, which RTMP server would you recommend to send a web page stream and has the ability to push a RTSP feed as well?
