Question / Help Using OBS to simultaneously stream Facebook Live and Zoom but Zoom is lagging.

Hi everyone. I am teaching live martial arts classes via facebook live and Zoom simultaneously and facebook live is smooth with no problem it's Zoom that is lagging and skipping frames and occasionally Freezing. I am using virtual Cam to output to both.

I don't understand how facebook is fine (there is a 10 second delay built in) and Zoom is not.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

The CPU usage light is green the entire time so I'm not thinking its that. Plus facebook Live is fine. It's just Zoom that sucks and I need Zoom to work since I am interacting with students live.

My set up:
Intell 5
Windows 10
OBS using green screen and a light kit.
Iphone as webcam wired right into the PC using OBS camera.

Output 4500 kbps
Audio 160

Video 1920x1080
Scaled down to 1280 x720

I need some solution. How you have connected From OBS to ZOom? Also how you are getting audio from obs to zoom.

Hi Sanjay.
I'm new to this forum and I'm having the same problem you are. I'm running a Zoom session for my church while simultaneously streaming to Facebook Live and up until recently, it hasn't been a problem. But just within the past month or two, the Zoom video is lagging horribly. I've tried everything and can't figure out what to do. Have you had any luck figuring this out? BTW...the odd thing is, this only occurs while I'm doing a service...if I try to recreate the problem after the service with a number of people logged in, it's fine.

Sorry...actually, I should have directed my comments to Dan, since he is the one who posted this question in the first place. In answer to Sanjay's question regarding how to bring audio into Zoom from OBS...you've probably solved this by now, but in case you haven't...download NDI free tools. It's easy to set up and use.
