Question / Help Using OBS to record emulator - Frame freezing?

Can anyone help me out?

I am using OBS Studio to record Visual Boy Advance, but I am new to OBS.

Everything seemed fine, it's all set up but when I view the footage I recorded, it only plays like the first frame and freezes before jumping to a later frame.

Can anyone provide Bitrate / fps settings advice? Currently at 60fps and have tried a number of different Bitrate values

Yup. Chances of you getting a watchable stream on that PC are basically nonexistent. You'll need a new PC.
