Apologies for what may be an obvious question, but, is the above possible?
I.e. to not have a 'static' background picture or one based on a video file, but, instead, to have it based on a webcam stream from elsewhere.
(random example: https://www.earthcam.com/cams/newyork/timessquare/?cam=tsstreet).
Many thanks in advance for any tips (and, if not, what software combination could achieve this?). Apologies again if this is a newbie question, I am asking the query on behalf of someone else and would need to set this up technically myself, just wondering if i am barking up the right tree so to speak.
