Using OBS remotely to support a remote Facebook Live?

Hello...my church is using FB Live, looking for ideas on how my Pastor can livestream from FB Live on his side, but I somehow can use OBS on my side to do intro's, countdowns, transitions, etc... This would enable us to be more creative and help offload the tech piece to someone else. Thought NDI would help, but since I have to copy the stream key to OBS, the Pastor would have no way to use his camera and start the live?

The simplest way would be to just call your pastor on a video chat application and capture his video feed in your instance of OBS using Window capture (or potentially with the NDI plugin with Skype). Then you can stream to Facebook yourself with control over overlays and such.
