Using OBS For Two Different Games?

Good evening!
I've been using OBS for only a few months now. I've been frustrated by it because I'm not familiar with any of the aspects and since I know nothing about all of the features it has, it's been really hard for me to adjust the settings for my PC's max performance. It records one game just fine without any issue (Teamfight Tactics in the League of Legends client,) but when I try and run Minecraft or RLCraft, it comes back very choppy, even when Minecraft itself has lower settings as well as been on VSync. It also runs very smoothly when it's in windowed and full-screen, it's just that the recording is very very choppy when it comes back. Everything is also at 60 FPS, including OBS and the game I'm running. I checked my monitor settings and it also says that it's on 60.

Everyone keeps saying to run the program as Administartor, but even then, it hasn't been helpful.

I'm not sure what I need to provide spec wise, but hopefully this is enough. I bought this "older" computer for around $60 a few months ago. It works a lot better than my older 4GB laptop, so I'm happy with it. I'm not sure if it's going to be able to run OBS at any other setting rather than the one that I'm using right now:
I also got these settings from a video in May and it's been the only one out of a few that I've watched that has worked. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IfAVSSsBPZ0

For the log file:
https://obsproject.com/logs/ObWCgD1Pm1sKVniv (This is the CURRENT log file.)

If there's anything else that I need to provide, I will happily do so.

The best thing you can do is run the Auto-configuration Wizard and apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change anything.
Please restart (very importante to restart at this point) OBS and perform a test recording of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

Stay on simple output mode.
You may want to read about OBS in https://obsproject.com/kb/quick-start-guide

I guess I can't use OBS with Intel. Is there anything else that I can switch to?
I don't really have the money to buy upgrades or a new PC.

I actually managed to fix it... My "Windows Gaming" mode was off for some reason? It works beautifully with the auto recommended setup. I didn't even know that it existed, but running Minecraft is more than great with vertical sync, running RLCraft in Windowed mode with vertical sync and I'm betting it'll run pretty smooth for Teamfight Tactics if I cap the frames at 60. Thank you for taking the time to comment. It helped me fix the issue.
