Question / Help Using OBS as the AV source for Skype (in the same way you would use a webcam)

Is this possible on OBS?

I would like send whatever I have on my OBS screen to Skype (so my video conference partner sees my OBS screen the same way it would look if I streamed it / recorded it).

(I have OBS on Windows but also have OBS on a Linux machine if that makes a difference)

I recall there being a Directshow plug-in some where in these forums that should allow you to take OBS' output and make it available as a DirectShow device.
