Question / Help Using Nvenc_Hevc (h.265)

My uploads are basically like a pink alpha layer over the entire video while recording anything, when playing the files within VLC media player it's normal. Any ideas why this may be?

I've provided screen shots of my OBS settings along with my GPU and SystemInfo (in txt) and an image of the recording which was uploaded in it's raw format.
