I am recording a course and noticed that my "t"s sound harsh. Here is a link to six seconds of audio that exemplify the problem.
Is there a way to use microphone filters to fix it?
Yes, a multi band EQ filter may do the trick, where you only lower (not much) the frequency causing this.
A good one to use comes with the ReaPlugs https://www.reaper.fm/reaplugs/ which are free to use. In youtube you'll find many how to work this plugins for voices.
I think, you are looking for "De-esser" like filters. The filters that usually applies filtering to narrow band of the signal when sound in this band exceeds some level in dB.
