Question / Help Using Macbook Pro for OSB ( connect problem with XBOX one and PS4)

OSB i am using currently . Using Current update OS system for mac. I have PS4 Network Play and Onecast . When i pull window capture . Both show as null when i try to pull the screen .Can someone help trouble shoot this ? trying to stream PS4 and Xbox one on the OSB for Facebook Gaming
