Hey guys ,
I dont even know if im in the right section here, but still , I have some questions.
Me and some friends had an idea:
Everyone of us is streaming to a server and it will be forwarded to Twitch or YouTube etc.
Example :
4 of us are playing Fortnite and everyone of us is streaming on the same Twitch channel. I die and want to switch to one of my teammates on the fly.
I know, only one person can stream to Twitch at the same time. And here is the point where a server may be used.
Using Linux/Windows/whatever server with RTMP , using OBS to recieve the stream and then control with Scene setting, which stream will be "published" on Twitch.
Thats only the idea.
Things I am aware of at the time:
A server without GPU wont work possibly.
Also a vServer wont work.
I dont know if there are some Server Provider with extern GPU's (which will be costly probably)
Maybe some of you already had the same idea and managed to realize it. Or you failed and can share your experience.
Or there are maybe other alternatives that I did not consider.
