Using JVC GY-HM250 camera as a livestreaming input in OBS

I have the JVC GY-HM250 camera. Is there a way to use the ip address of the camera as an audio and video input in OBS? I am a novice with this kind of technology, but we want to use the OBS software to do overlays and transitions for a Facebook live church service.

If you can access that camera with a browser, just use the "browser" source in OBS and use the camera link (like http://192.168.1.10/whatever)
