Question / Help Using IP Camera in OBS

We are trying to set up a camera for streaming and were trying to use OBS to pull the sound from our audio system into the camera feed. I have an IP camera that I can connect to via VLC and with OBS. I added the camera as an RTSP source. When viewing the feed in OBS, the preview shows everything just fine. However, when I do a local recording and then play it back, the video only seems to show the first frame from when the recording was started. It is not playing back what I was watching in the preview area as the video was recording.

Here are the logs for the session:

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Using software like OBS is somewhat new to me, so I realize that I may be missing something or doing something wrong. I am a quick learner though, so whatever I need to do to get this work, I'm game.

Thanks,
Merg

You should notice "Encoder overloaded" message on the status bar of the OBS Studio. All frames just dropped due to overload. You need much faster PC for such encoding task. (maybe 320x240@25 fps or lower could work...)

Thanks for the response. Yeah, there was nothing on the status bar. I'll try a lower resolution to verify that it works. We expected to have to get a new computer for this, but wanted to verify that we could even get the camera to work first.

Thanks,
