Using GPU (RX 5600 XT) encoder causes extreme encoding lag.

Basically,
I am using the encoder from my graphics card to record videos. I use a AMD RX5600 XT and the H264 encoder, but recently whenever i record with the h264 specifically (its the only one i can record with without overloading my cpu) it skips upto 90% of frames because of encoding lag. I have no idea why or what happened but if anyone has advice to fix it please help me!

have you tried another Color format and another colorspace ?

manypeople says that another driver newer/older helps when they have encoding lags !

In Settings->Advanced->Video, set color format back to nv12. You set RGB, which isn't hardware accelerated.

i just tried changing colour format to rgb with the other colour spaces and tried older drivers but its still the same
