Question / Help Using el gato hd60 to capture pc games while streaming?

Tried streaming PUBG and my OBS CPU usage was below 20%, but my game was stuttering quite a bit. I know the game itself is a little unstable at times, but if I use the el gato as a video capture device instead of capturing the game window itself would it maybe help? Or is a computer upgrade required? Running an i5-(3k something..) with 8gb of ram and a gtx 1080 graphics card!

You have three options:

1) Stream straight with Elgato software
2) Stream with OBS Studio using an game capture playing PUBG
3) Go out and replace the mobo and cpu with something like a AM4 mobo + Ryzen 1600.

If you are going upgrade route, I'd reccomend you bump RAM up to 16GB too.
