I work for a school trying to get a video wall running using some birddog play devices and their videowall software. Unfortunately, it’s been a bit of a nightmare so far using the bird dog softwares. Today, we were able to get the video wall software to recognize the OBS virtual camera in combination with distroAV NDI plugin but received an error message saying “video resolution not supported for VideoWall”. This error is in the video wall software. This issue probably falls on the Birddog end but wanted to ask here in case anyone has had similar experiences and knows how to resolve. Let me know if you have other questions or if I missed any details important to resolving this. I’m pretty new to this all. Any and all help welcome. Thank you!!
