Question / Help Using Camcorder & Elgato as webcam... any way to stop the delay?

Hey guys!

I'm don't have an actual dedicated webcam at the minute and for the time being I'm using my camcorder with Micro-HDMI Output and feeding it to my computer using my Elgato capture card.

There is a very noticeable delay between my microphone and the camera AND the game footage and the camera. I know how to solve the delay in camera and the audio, but I'm unsure how to sync the game to the camera.

I'll be getting a webcam soon so it'll just be a temporary thing. But I'd like to know if this was at all possible to fix in OBS Studio.

You can add a delay to the webcam (you may need to delay the mic more) to sync it all up. Its under filters I believe.

Be warned though the desync can change throughout the stream (usually getting longer and longer slightly due to rendering/buffering/encoding video and audio streams).
