I need to use both a Elgato for a video camera and a Razor for a powerpoint type feed (EZWorship) from a computer at the same time.
It worked for a few minutes but became unstable and froze. Then the Razor requested the 3.0 port so I switched it. This resulted in the download of software - which I don't think should be a problem. The Elgato works fine - it needs to have the video and sound from a QU-32 board.
Now, the Razor is picking up what the Elgato sees... not the computer input.
So somewhere there is a setting I'm missing.
