Hello.
I've been testing out the "new" OBS Studio, as it has some quite nifty features and does exactly what I need for my stream.
However, I do have an older 3rd gen i5 3350p, therefore when streaming games like CS:GO (which is CPU intensive) and H1Z1, I do get the "Encoding overload" warning. (Only when using x264 encoding)
I've tried NVENC encoding, which seems to work better for the stream but it causes small lagspikes in my games (Mostly in CS:GO).
I've tried with the AVerMedia as encoder, however when I press "Start streaming" it doesn't start properly. It shows the time "live" and kb/s. But the kb/s is showing 0.0 and the "dropped frames" doesn't show etc.
Also when I click "Stop streaming" OBS Studio crashes (see attached file)
Can anyone assist?
Thank you in advance! :)
Best regards,
Patrick / Delithralas
