Using a 2nd PC For Recording & Streaming Help

I am totally new to streaming. I have 2 older PC's (which run modern games fine). I am trying to capture one on the other using one of those cheap nameless capture cards that look like a thumb drive.

Are there any existing guides that cover this or would apply to this situation? I searched but no results returned and while browsing nothing popped out to me.

Maybe not....

Op says they have "older" PC's, if they're too old, they may not have the proper instruction sets and/or NIC for NDI.

I already have a capture card......

"Old" to some is not "old" to others. For example; I play on a 2nd gen i72600K (overclocked), 16GB DDR3 @ 1921, 980ti classified (had it 4 years now) I been using this rig for over 7 years averaging 150 FPS in modern titles. ...Windows 7 baby!!!! So yeah, old by a millennials standards but still kicking ASS!
