User selection of multiple camera streams (angles)

Hi, i know i can stream mutliple cameras through OBS, as i have done this before.

What i would like to do, is allow a viewer to change the camera (angle) of the subject they are viewing on their device.

e.g. they can choose which camera (angle) to view.

Can I achieve this through OBS?

If so how?
