Used to stream fine but now getting frames drop and other problems

I used to be able to stream fine without any problems on obs. All the sudden, major fps drops, lag and whatnot. My games run fine and appear to have no issues so the problem has to do with obs. I used to stream on an output of 1280x720 60fps then later changed it to 1920x1080 60 fps, 2500 bitrate with no problems at all. Now the auto configures it to 362 bitrate, 426x240 output at 30 fps. Of course if i change it to my old settings, i would have a very poor quality stream. Is there a way to fix it or to at least troubleshoot the problem?
