Question / Help Use Windows Key for Push to Talk?

Is there a way to use either the Tab, Tilda or Windows key to activate push to talk. These are the easiest keys I can bind in a game but the software doesn't register then when I press them. Any way around this?

Run obs as admin

Tried it, nothing happened. Tilda does nothing, Tab switched to the next interactive button and windows opens windows home.
