Question / Help Use TouchMix-30 Pro as audio input for OBS Livestream

Please I need to find out what I am missing in my setup? OBS is not receiving the TouchMix-30 Pro as audio input. We are running Windows 10 laptop msi i7 laptop, installed touchmix driver & ASIO driver, connect touchmix to laptop using usb 2.0 hi-speed type A/B cable. speaking into a Microphone on the mixer, we see the audio received on windows sound setting. touchmix ishow up as an audio device on OBS but no sound is received. OBS do receive sound from other input device on the laptop such as Camera and desktop.

I am having the same issue with my QSC Touchmix 30 and MacBook Pro. I am running the Mojave OS and downloaded ishowUAudioCapture-1.0.4. However, "ishowUAudioCapture" does not show up in the Audio Devices window. Can anyone assist?

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
VIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2 GB Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
