Use of creative cloud

I dont know if this is just me, But when I try to reinstall OBS 64 bit it come up with an error saying 'obs files are in use by the following progammes creative cloud desktop when i have nothing running.

can anyone help with this?

Im having the same issue but what I see is that nobody give us a solution... someone to tell us what should we have to do plsssssssssssssssssss
