Use OBS Audio in other apps

OBS has some great filters that really make my mic shine. Great for streaming, but I sound like absolute garbage when playing with others in Discord or Teamspeak. This in turn affects their stream.

There is a hack in which you can enable OBS monitoring and send that to Virtual Audio Cable, however doing so adds a noticeable latency. A better, more streamlined solution would be one where I could use my OBS sound as an input for other apps.

Well there is Equalizer APO but that doesn't resolve the issue of not being able to use the built in obs vsts in that, so my issue is can't use the expander obs uses or what not
