I would like to suggest porting the "Use Device Timestamps" option that is available for the "Audio Input Capture" audio-only source type to the "Video Capture Device" combi type.
The reason I am suggesting this, is that some media capture devices, especially some ELGATO models, have known issues that can cause audio defects during lengthier streams due to "timestamp drift". Whilst there is a workaround to these glitches by having the audio as a separate source with "Use Device Timestamps" disabled, it may not be preferable for some to have to manage two logical sources for the one physical source.
