I have an AverMedia Live Gamer 4K capture card. I have my audio device setup as "Use custom audio device" under the capture card to keep the game audio in sync. At a random time, typically between 5 and 30 minutes the audio completely cuts out. Nothing shows up in the mixer.
I also have a Logitech C922 w/ a second audio device from the same mixer (mic) also setup under "Use custom audio device". The mic does not cut out.
I have tried unchecking "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" under the audio device. And I have checked the logs, but nothing really shows up:
The only way to fix it mid-stream is to edit the properties of the capture card, change the drop down to another device (without saving), then change it back and save. That lasts for 5-30 minutes before cutting out again.
If I add the audio device separately, it works fine and doesn't cut out. But I am trying to keep the game audio together - it feeds into my mixer so I can hear the audio through the headphone monitor.
