Hello there people,
If you can and are willing, I could use a little help.
I want to start streaming a live concert and have bought a Logitech HD C920 to this end and a nice USB mic so make sure we get clean sound. However:
1) using the USB mic there is an enormous amount of distortion that I can't seem to fix.
2) using the Logitech camera I get a really bad delay in visuals (a full second or more!!!).
All I can think of to do at the moment is just forget about the mic, but of course this has serious implications for my audio stream quality. And after watching the video a couple of times, I've noticed that when I'm closer to the screen, the delay magically disappears. So perhaps I should just move closer?
At this point, I'm ready to just forget about the whole live streaming business and instead just use OBS to upload a pre-edited video file and stream that live on FB and Youtube... What do you guys think?
Are these problems that can be fixed, or should I just forget about the whole thing?
