Question / Help USB Headphone Mic Audio is not recording

Hi,
I am using USB Logitech Headphone with mic and want to record audio using it. I have tried setting Audio mic source from Default to USB headphone mic but none of these are working. When I uses my Laptop internal mic it works like a charm.

Can anybody help me here to solve this problem.

Is there other software also using the microphone? Have you turned off device exclusivity in Windows Sound control panel?

Hi,
No other application is using headphone mic. Secondly, my Windows is updated and I can record my audio using headphone mic if uses MS Skype etc.

Make sure exclusive mode is off in the Sound control panel in Windows.
