Hi All,
I'm new to OBS and having an issue when using the USB soundcard from my Allen & Heath DB4 mixer. When I plug the mixer in using the USB output on the mixer into my Mac, I can see the Mixer as an input/output source using the Audio Midi Setup and it's stable but as soon as I start up OBS and I declare the mixer as a Audio Input source, the mixer disconnects and reconnects approximately every 5 seconds which means that I lose audio at this time.
The logs show a mixture of issues, the most common issue I get is that the device has disconnected and then you see it trying to reconnect. The other is an audio retrieval failed. I've included the log.
I am using the most current DB4 driver (April 2020). I'm going to see what Allen & Heath have to say as well.
Any ideas?
