Bug Report USB Devices disconnect while streaming

Hey guys,
While streaming all my USB devices randomly disconnect and reconnect. It often messes with my gameplay (clearly) and stream.No idea whats causing it but its only when I stream or record using studio

Make sure the log has a recording/stream in it where you get the issue. (Stream/record for a few minutes make sure you get the problem sometime during the recording then stop wait a few seconds then 'upload current log')
