Question / Help USB devices disconnect/reconnect

Going to try to keep this short, I'm sure nobody wants a wall.

Basically, I've been having issues with my PC. Whilst trying to troubleshoot, I did a clean install of Windows 10. Since then, every time I stream, my USB devices disconnect and reconnect. This is shown in Event Viewer as Event ID 4: "A timeout occured while waiting for the EHCI host controller Interrupt on Async Advance Doorbell response". Basically, all my USB devices disconnect (keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, wifi adapter, graphics tablet) and reconnect about five seconds later. Because of this I can't stream for longer than ~ 30 minutes at a time most of the time, and it seems to happen at random.

I'm not 100% sure if OBS is at fault here, since it was working perfectly prior to doing a clean installation of Windows 10, but figured I'd try posting here and see what happens. I've attached my log file for yesterday, as well.

Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8320 (3.5ghz, 8-core)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 8GB DDR3-1600
GPU: Gigabyte GT 730 (2GB)

Please let me know if any more information is needed.

Moving my webcam to the front panel, will report back if any issues arise.

Side note, however: usbview doesn't actually list my webcam anywhere.
