USB Camera disconnecting only from OBS

I have a generic USB camera that has recently started disconnecting only from OBS. It's fine in windows camera app, and any other app I use. It will connect in OBS and then just disconnects. I can click on properties, deactivate, then active and it will reappear, only to disconnect again.
Again only in OBS. It stays connected in every other app.
