This is probably a Windows thing more than an OBS thing, but it seems to affect OBS more than other programs.
Basically, usually after a Windows update it seems, the USB audio device that inputs the audio to my stream (a Behringer mixer) needs to be reselected as the right audio input. Seems to be that the USB device has 'reset' itself within Windows and is identifying as a new device, but OBS is looking for the 'old' one (if that makes sense!)
It's not necessarily a show-stopper, but some of the users of this setup (it's a church AV/streaming system) aren't necessarily the most technical, so getting them to know what to change is difficult (especially as it usually happens when I'm not around, so can't show them!).
