Our congregation is new to streaming services with OBS. We use OBS to connect to StreamSpot. Tonight our camera is just showing a black screen on OBS/StreamSpot. I checked the camera itself and it is working fine so this tells me it's a problem with OBS. To my knowledge, no settings were changed. The PTZ camera source is checked on OBS and playing but not showing any video. Please advise! Thanks in advance.
