Urgent help needed to fix my OBS Scripts file and Clock-Source file

When I first installed OBS on my iMac, everything seemed to go smoothly.
unfortunately I downloaded and install the countdown timer countdownDay.lua file into the wrong folder instead of into the scripts folder.

To make matters worse, I somehow moved all of the files in my clock-source scripts folder, into another folder. The only file that shows up in my scripts folder is: url-text.py
And thus file seems to appear faded, washed our, un kick able.

I started to get a pop-up error message. I believe this pop-up error message suggested that my countdiwnDays script file/folder was not being found. As it is in another folder, not scripts.

In short, to sum up.... I totally messed up my Scripts and Clock files in my OBS!

Thankfully, ALL of my other OBS files seem to be in perfect shape and run smoothly.

Is there a way to delete and/or uninstall my OBS script file and Cloks folder/file and reinstall these two folders fresh snd in the correct location within my OBS system?
I hope so. Can anyone advice on tge step I need to do to fix my script/click files?
Or, better yet, help by joining me on a Zoom call where I would share my screen andremote control snd have you put things back the way they should be.... good as new?

I hope so, as this has been a true nightmare, and I need a fellow OBS member that is knowledgeable and kind to help me sort this nightmare.

With appreciation,
Jonathan

Good news... seems when I uploaded the latest version of OBS, my scripts was fully and properly uploaded, too. At least, it seems to be. It has restored the clock folder and corresponding clock files (ie. The .lua), inside the main Obs scripts folders. But I am still not certain all of the other script files are back where they should be. Can someone please post a list or image showing all of the files that should be shown within my Obs scripts file?

With appreciation.
