Question / Help URGENT! FPS DROPS IN OBS WHEN STREAMINGM

Hey i've posted on here about 3 times and not got a reply still needing help with this. When I stream LoL my fps in game is fine and on the preview is fine up until a lot starts happening on the screen, then my stream FPS starts dropping hugely to almost unwatchable. This never happened before a few days ago and I don't know what caused it, here are my current dump logs if you can suggest any different settings for me to try to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Can you post a log with the stream details as this one looks to not have this detail. If you can run the stream for a bit and once you get the issue post that log it will help to identify the issue.

Also just hearing that is may be a windows 10 related thing because a lot of streamers are having the same issue but have resolved it by using window capture instead of game capture, but when I use Window Capture the screen is black and no game appears (I am running OBS & League of Legends on the same gfx card) any suggestions on fix?

I've just resorted to using Window Capture because I am told it fixes the error that is being caused by a recent Windows 10 update, but when I use window capture my preview is blank and I can't see League on my preview? How do I fix that? @Osiris
