Ur update ruined my stream

so like 2 weeks ago i had a crisp crystal clear 1080 p stream, come back a week later, it doesnt work at all, constant stuttering, kbps is like 2k randomly when it use to have no issues at 4500 bit rate, my internet is good, i did a speed test it isnt that, so now i update my obs and it only works with the automatically change bandwidth setting and my stream looks like garbage now..

why make updates to things that arent broken?

yes but i dont see how in the span of 1 week of not streaming it all stops working when nothing else is wrong
