Upon starting OBS / Problem

Upon starting OBS I have 5 distinct scenes, all Locked, but the scene switcher for some reason RANDOMLY switches scene selections, and even though I might have used scene #1, and then shut down OBS, upon starting it again, the scene changes to some other scene, like IT HAS A MIND OF IT'S OWN.

Is this known and are you working on this, or is there a FIX I should know about?!? :-O
