Upload speed issues but speed test shows fine.

Hello Guys,

I appreciate you taking the time to look into this.

I'm currently having issues where my kb/s stays at around 2k or lower even though I had my bitrate settings set to 6k (for 1080p x 60 fps) for streaming.

I have 23-28 mbps upload speed but I can barely crack that when I try to stream.

I have attached a log file for reference!

I am having the exact same issue. Curious to say the least. For me, I have been streaming for about 6 weeks, so I am a stream/OBS noob and never had a problem before the other night. I wonder if it's stream elements browser add-ons or something. I will try taking all of those off and see if that helps but would be curious to hear other input.
