Question / Help Upload speed after 1 minutes drops to 0 kb/s

Hello i have a problem with streaming in twitch . When i start streaming after 30-60 seconds my bitrate drops at normal speed to 0 . It takes up to 30 seconds and returns to normal speeds at 60 sec. Its no problem with my internet , only in obs i have that problem. Can you help me?

Use a cable either direct or via the power socket adaptors (can also have issues). Wifi can't keep the stable connection required but If this isn't possible to swap try moving closer or to anther location to change the wifi signal strength.

Add exceptions to anty-viruss for both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of OBS working to me i think . I testing this and we will see
