Question / Help Upload problem since a week

Hello everyone

I stream since almost a year now but since almost a week my upload power drasticly decreased. Think it startet with the update on the new OBS version, but reinstalling older versions didnt help to fix my issue.

I have here my log, maybe someone can help me out?

My internet connection is arround 50k but i only recive 32k, runned some speedtests but i didnt get any notable results, its shows everything is ok, but OBS barely runs with 2000 upload. For upload i use 2000-2500 max, upload is arround 3,5-4 Up

There's no reason to think downgrading would improve this.

According to the log, your internet connection is experiencing problems. It should probably be addressed to your ISP.

SpeedTest is not useful for diagnosing such problems. Use TwitchTest.

Windows is out of date. You should consider updating and disabling Game Mode which causes problems for OBS. (Not the problem you're having, a different one, but still. Instructions are in the link below.

Current is 22.0.2 on Windows but I think you mentioned you downgraded. This would not have helped.
