Upload drops every 10 minutes

Hi everyone. My upload speed drops to 0 every 10 minutes and the live crashes. after 30 seconds it becomes stable, the live restarts for another 10 minutes. My internet provider is Sky wifi and I live in Italy. I contacted the customer services but they could not help me. Anyone can help me or anyone has my same problem.

Seen this issue a few times and it's always been one of two things.

Faulty cables or...
Issue being localised to your Router, I'd get back in-touch with your ISP and get them to get someone to come out and check because the setup you have isn't performing at their advertised speeds, there's no reason for them to deny a call out.
