I've run my mind into the ground trying to resolve this issue - and I guess posting here is my last real shot at some advice.
Last week a built a secondary streaming PC with the following: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9PcCJb
Since building it I have been consistently unable to maintain a stream lasting more than an hour and a half. At any random point the stream output will cut to 0kb/s and no longer function. This behavior not only freezes my obs but disconnects my internet.
To cover before we even get started, things I have done:
- Reformatted drive
- Attempted the test on Ubuntu and Windows 10
- Reinstalled OBS
- Built from source
- Streamed with and without NDI
- Monitored CPU temps
- Different router and different router firmwares
The attached log file is incredibly unhelpful from obs. It doesn't even register that it is no longer streaming - it just keeps trying to upload and drops 100% frames. At no point does it attempt to reconnect. This is the case with ALL log files when I have this issue.
My internet speed test is attached.
Digging through Linux logs tell a blank story as well.
Any help is appreciated.
