Question / Help Upload Dropping Randomly (Settings or ISP?)

G'day All,

Am new to streaming and currently having an issue with my dropped frames averaging at 20-25%, The upload was quite comfortable at 4000 but now consistently sits at 1900-2000 and will drop to 0-700 consistently. My speedtests are optimal but I am not tech savy enough to figure out if it is my settings or ISP. I have attached my most recent stream logfile regarding the issue and also a screenshot of my most recent SpeedTest.

Any help would be appreciated!

Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 1861 (18.1%)
in the route from OBS to Twitch is something that slows down and cant handle the bandwith
so try anoter twitch server or try a youtube stream if this happen again then its your ISP or your Network
