Question / Help Upload 20mb/s, cant streaming on bitrate 4000.

Hello guys. I have weird problem. I cant stream fortnite on bitrate 4000 while i have internet 80-90 download and 20-22 upload. All the lost frames are because of the network. Rendering and encoding is 100% good, internet is connected with a cable. My CPU: Ryzen 5 1600, GTX 1060 6GB and 8GB RAM. I have no idea what's wrong. Thanks for help! :D
