Question / Help Upgrading to be able to stream on twitch (ie Overwatch, LoL, etc)

Hello,

Id like to be able to stream video games with OBS on Twitch without it lagging or being fuzzy and I was wondering how I could upgrade my computer to achieve this. I've tested streaming and as I said it comes out lagging and the graphics are blurred and fuzzy.

I was told by a friend to upgrade my processor but I am still not sure.

I'm pretty biased t'wards Intel instead of AMD for processors. And I'm still biased for nvidia vs amd aswell.

Don't expect to play newer games on higher qualities with that rig, just a heads up.

I was thinking bout getting an Intel instead of the one I have - it isn't working well for me. Even though I can admit I did get this PC for a low price so I can't get my hopes up for everything to be good.
